TANAX, INC. (Head Office: Kyoto, President & Representative Director/CEO: Ippei Tanaka) has obtained the Kurumin Certification (One Star), a certification granted by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare to companies that meet specific standards as childcare support employers.

The Kurumin Certification is a recognition system based on Japan’s Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, administered by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. It evaluates and certifies companies that create workplace environments where employees can more easily balance work and childcare, with the aim of promoting childcare support across society as a whole.
